  • Ensure the documentation pack is appropriately named, with metadata applied, and includes creation date and time within the standard name
  • Automatically file the pack in the customer’s audit folder and email it to the Operations-Compliance team

  • Automated process executed standard LOB reports and saved them for compilation into a single PDF document
