  • Collaborated with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to review the existing review process
  • Devised a process where Robert automatically retrieves the full customer list each morning from the Practice Management System
  • Sequenced the event to occur automatically at 2 am, pulling either a single list or segmented lists (e.g., Personal vs. Corporate, High vs. Low risk)
  • Once customer number files are available, the BOT systematically reviews each, assessing key trigger indicators associated with risk, such as payments, country, dates, and watch lists
  • Decision-making is based on predefined rules consumed by the BOT, which can be adjusted over time to accommodate evolving experience or regulatory requirements
